The office of the Auditor General Local Governments is basically an Audit service delivery organ of Delta State Government. It is staffed and funded by the Delta State Government and has the 25 Local Government Councils and their Boards, Agencies and Community Development Committees as her scope of duties and responsibilities. It is headed by the Auditor General Local Governments.
