Client can register their complaints to help us to improve our services. We would also be happy to receive commendations as well as positive suggestions.

Every complaint will be duly acknowledged within 7 working days. We will investigate every complaint and give feedback to the complainant on progress/action. Confidentiality will be observed where necessary.
